"Ok, if the Lich Bane Nerf didn't killed Ap Mf, the last Patch did it. Ad Scale on W instead of Ap and buffed the Ad Scale from the the Ulti. I dont think the reduced E cooldown is enough keep Ap Mf viable, i think thats it.
