My only suggestion would be to finish tear ASAP, after some rough and dirty calculations (1000/4=250 casts, 250/(60/3)=12.5) it takes you 12.5 minutes if you're casting a spell every three seconds to max out tear, and thats implying that you have the mana "

What happens is that Sheen is proc'd when you fire Parrley, and the buff is consumed on impact. If you melee something between the fire and the impact, Sheen will NOT go towards pa"

Posted a Comment: "Rofl, I never thought about Sheen before, but I like it a lot more than straight crit chance builds, because it's a little more reliable for harassing. No more weak shots during the early game, rushing sheen gives you 400 damage shots by level 9, super OP. I love it, +1"
