It could be a good alternative to dusk but we're gonna have to wait and see. I think shaco gets nerfed if any item/addition/change to the game"

Posted a Comment: "Tbh I don't know the exact differences in damage between the two runes lategame, as with HoB it depends on what the enemy team is building, if they stack armor your dps is going to be significantly less than electrocute, if not, I believe the damage difference isn't too significant.
