"I really appreciate the guide. A couple thoughts and I may be a bit naive here but it looks like there are 2 problems:
1) You over max the 40% Cool-down reduction with your item,rune,masteries combined. Runes or masteries could be utilized elsewhere. You may do this intentionally idk?
