Posted a Comment: "i would get the scepter after bf sword. u dont get enough life steal with that low of ad. u need more ad early with ashe to complete your kills against carrys that are stronger early-mid. sometimes i lane enuf to get bf sword first then the static. it really just depends on the game tho "
