"Crit based Rengar is accomplished while still remaining mostly tanky via the frozen mallet and Atma's. If you're missing MR then consider replacing Ninja Tabi with Merc Treads/Ghostblade w/ Maw. With his W on, when you engage in a fight you're fairly tanky. In lane he goes for quick strikes and back"
