"At low elo EVERY champion is viable. At low elo victory is determined 100% by player skill. Team comp and picks practically mean nothing at low elo. Stuff like that really only applies to 1600+ elo (it helps to have good team comp at any elo, but only becomes truly necessary at around 1600+)"
