"Kleptomancy and Biscuits are great on Kayle and are very much viable.
Kleptomancy gives her a better time during laning phase because of the gold and items you can get from it and biscuits combined with time warp tonic and corrupting potion allows her to sustain very well.

"Honestly speaking, both are really good. But I personally prefer building AD because it feels a lot better due to earlier spikes and later damage scaling.
AP gives you a bit more utility, though, with your W becoming stronger and E execute going higher."

Kayle, however, isn't really that bad of a champion. In your example of playing Panth v Kayle, there are ways that Kayle can hard-counter that matchup:
iceborn gauntlet rush or sitting on glacial shroud - don't doubt till you try it or go against it"

Passive - every 600 bonus max mana gives you the option to upgrade one of your abilities including your ultimate. Takedowns reduce the threshold by 20 and resets to 600 per upgrade. (Overcapping mana on one upgrade goes over to the next upgrade.)
