"Thanks for the comments. I agree Keels, I normally will end up rushing WoTA I just hadn't changed the build to reflect that. Also I was kind of having a very noob moment suggesting AA before deathcap.
In any case it is now updated and is pretty much the most standard Karthus I can build.
