"I also made a dominion build for noc, and when i look this over, i personally think it lacks dps. Noc needs ad and as, and there isnt much as. I personally recommend getting a recurve bow first, then cap first base than go b and get boots. I find that the most effective for as and movement speed ear"

"Nocturne is probably one of the strongest in the game IMO. As soon as I got my gear, I couldn't be killed. I was attacked by 2 people and I still didn't die. Comparing him to Xin Zhao is an insult to Nocturne's strength."
