"Maybe but i really rarely see Singed one trick especially in lower divisions + if there is any Singed he's not doing well at all that's why i put him on C tier. For sure there are good Singed one tricks but i don't think they are in lower divs. "

"I think in lower divisions Kayle won't get punished that hard for picking Kayle and she will have kinda free lane to scale. Even with bad matchups Camille is just so strong now and you can ban for example Renekt"

"After some recent nerfs Sett isn't that really strong as he was some time ago. Now Sett fits really good as a aggressive support however on top lane he's still ok."
