"Thanks, Trundle synergies good when enemy got tank jnlger on enemy for example Sejuani, you R her on her passive and you got so much armor and resists from her + lowering her a lot. Trundle is good skirmisher overall but some champs like Teemo, Vayne etc might be annyoing for him and kite him. "

1.Tenacity is always good, when it comes to Bloodline it's more like personal choices to get a bit better 1v1. If enemy got many CC just go for tenacity, but if they don't you can try Bloodline :>
