not new, but in need of help and advice
Honestly, I'm on the edge of quitting this game which is something i don't want to do. I want to become more competitive, better, and move up in the leagues. I just honestly don't see how to do it....

"yeah from what I read that's what I though. I'm jungling with Nocturne, so I guess I'll just have to keep improving. I just turned level 19 and people said level 20 is the best to buy runes so I'm hoping that helps "
