Look - Aegis gives precious aura. Randuin has really strong late game passive and active. Sunfire helps you farm and push lane (late game it's hard to push with Shen, but "

In such case, just proceed and buy Sunfire Cape. Later, as a last item, you may just buy Atma's Impaler instead of aegis.
