"Also, now that the AP jungle item comes with 20% CDR out of the door, I think replacing Morello/Athenes with ROA is a better bet. That way you can itemize other CDR items if you want without worrying about overkilling your CDR, plus ROA gives good tanks stats."

"Not trying to be mean but this is the worst Fizz build I've ever seen. 2 sheen procks for some reason, your masteries are full AD even though you primarily build AP, no BORK. You should either be going full AD Bruiser or full AP, not both."
