"You buy cloth armor at the start but then don't build it into anything...? Seems like a waste of gold to me and Skarner seems like a good candidate for Madred's Razors because of his relatively slow jungle speed and low health.

"I'd say he's slightly UP right now but for the most part I think that he's fairly balanced and people just don't know how to play him yet. That said, I think his E (fracture) is a good candidate for buffs.
