"Verrry very bad. On-hits are mostly a gimmick beyond frozen mallet, and atmas is a nono on Fiora. You want a build that's a lot more AD focused; something like this:
start as neede for lane
boots of speed
2x doran's blade
your boots upgrade choice
brutalizer
vampiric scepte"
