A thought I had about Viktor...
Everyone complains (or complained anyway) that "OMG his passive is wasting a slot, so sucky makes him UPUPUP", but I really feel that this isn't the case. Why? Let's take Death augment....

Why not pick something subtle but powerful; say, 20 points into the +ward vision, or maybe 26 points into the Hp5 mastery? Something that will make a big difference but can't be easily checked or figured out."
