"Teemo only wins early, if you dont get killed as cho vs Teemo they generally cant lane anymore against Cho.
Cho has push advantage over Teemo, Q has enough range to make it atleast hard on an Teemo to keep engaging.

Accept that he beats you (especially after six) so play that way.
