CDR and Summoner CDR are far more valuable than a little extra armor and 2/3 in MR. Also, Though you meant to use a Move Speed Quint, it is shown as an EXP gain quint....lol? ;D "

Its very very standard on Akali and boots 3 pot is also more effective than beginning with a Doran's Blade or Tome/1pot. However, You should consider running 2 magic pen reds rather than a full AD setup, since you only need 7 (with 21/9) to activate you"

Along with Lich Bane, Rylais is in the Top 3 for items on Akali. Also, I'd recommend maybe getting your Lich Bane a little bit earlier, perhaps before void staff"
