Never, ever, ever take straight AP for all runes, as AP seals and marks all scale pretty horribly. Also, it is worthwhile to invest into AD marks, to benefit akali's spell vamp passive.

A few minor suggestions:
-Perhaps take the sheen item a bit earlier than the last item. I personally like to get it right after the bloodthirster, and the items aren't as strong when you get to full-build anyway. Still get it regardless, but I think you'd benefit"

Like the guy above me, I also have a problem with the lich bane. How about athene's unholy grail to sustain ravenous flock, or abyssal scepter to synergize with swain's short range? Both items also give you a good amount of survivability in MR. T"
