-You can probably skip the doran's ring, since chalice of harmony in itself is a near-infinite mana supply. Of course not if you're spamming skills 24/7, but I usually have no trouble regard"

The call order is really just a matter of courtesy. If your teammates have manners of any sort, they'd let you.
But then, pick orders > call orders. There really isn't anything you can do...
