"Reason for Executioner's over Bloodthirster is to give you the Ignite effect w/o having to acutally take it, and Frozen over Randuin's is simply cause the Aura, if they don't hit you when your wearing Randuin's then no proc, or you just use it, not going for Sunfire, cause your off tanking not tanki"

"Solid rebuild of the guide, I still think that you should let the Tear sit a while before you build into the staff, but its more of a personal preference. +1"
