Posted a Comment: "Why is BORK labelled a situational item? Its a standard rush these days. The % health damage works with every hit of your W so even with 1 point in it the W will hit like a truck and shred tanks. Ghostblade is also a good situational item due to the move speed. It + BORK means you never get kited."
