Posted a Comment: "I tried out this build in normals and it was pretty good, I focused more on poking the enemy midlaner (who was lux) with my q rather than using it to last hit. I think that poking the enemy laner out of lane and then focusing on farm would be more of a priority than farming using q. Other than that "
