"Great guide here. My only objection is that BT is built very late. I would change its place with the LW. As Kog you have your Q and the passive from W to shred tanks so LW is less needed than BT in that stage of the game. Also great Umbreon sig, +rep just for that."

1) While the boots of mobility are indeed a great choice for early game, I suggest you change them after the lane phase into Mercury threads that are more helpful.
