"i've seen jungle teemo, and i my self do an ad teemo build for certain matchups in toplane. I kinda emulate what the rain man does in that regard but it works and i like it.
I don't see why an ad jungle teemo wouldn't work, but as stated by this guy, make sure you have good reasoning "
