"Oh btw some other adcs are getting minor adjustments. Twitch for example. His ult won't take him out of stealth until he auto attacks and going into stealth will cancel his current aa (something that already happens on teemo for some stupid reason)"

"With attack speed upwards of 5.0 i'd imagine black cleaver could be a good situational item for him because of the armor shred alone. Also phage passive becomes useful when you are forced to kite"

"valor is even more of a tool now, and effectively removing the ult sucks early game, in skirmishes, and if you are top quinn. I just hope that what is going on elsewhere is enough of a compensation to deal with this."
