I get that if u land a crit. strike, u'll get an advantage right there. but i also get that the enemy champion dont uses a potion cuz of one"

I am not talking about the constant damage! i've included the constant damage and the chance for crit. damage. togheter it makes your AVARAGE/EXPECTED damage. See here WITHOUT CRIT. RUNES: Constant damage chance = 100% Critical strike chance"

If u want to poke someone early game, it is better with armor pen. or with AD flat to maximize your damage. This gives a higher average attack damage than with 1-2 crit. c"
