"For Mundo go like attack speed red since you already got crazy ad. Armour yellow this helps alot in the jungle and magic resist/lvl for awesome magic resist. And your build is perfectly fine. Try getting the aegeis and locket first."

So if the enemy is slowed, stunned, suppressed, snared or any other form of cc'd, the 2x damage effect kicks in. Amazing item on singed if he builds a rylais.
