You want force pulse at level 2 cause by level 4 u want 2 ranks in force pulse. If you select nether blade at level 2 then your forced into having rank 1 force pulse at level 4. Rank 1 force pulse is a waste "

I am puttting into account the extra ms from move speed in terms of dodging skill shots and overall utility. I dont need that extra MS from the boot"
