Riot has stated that there is a .05 second cooldown for procs on multiple enemies. Thus you can not be in dragon and Q and proc hydra on every enemy. It will proc Q on every enemy"

Bear stance is easy enough to avoid with cloning and merc treads are usually bought early. You just zone him. What is he gonna do about E,Q,W?? "
