"This is not a bad build but instead of the hourglass i would get T he Bloodthirster so i can keep my health up and since karthus is very slow i get ninja tabi other than that i think it would be a very good build.I tried your build once and i went 15/2/30. "

"your build is alright but if u want more damage to unleash do trinity force instead of last whisper and get a wriggles lantern instead of guardians angel so u know if ganks are about to happen upon you"
