I usually add the solo queue players I happen to rank with as friends who I think have good mechanics/play smart. I think this is the best way to eventually form a rank team by playing with these people often."

LeBlanc is known for her horrible wave :( but since her changes in season 3, it is now viable to max W first instead of Q because it no longer influences her ult damage.
