"Definitely give runeglaive a try! I get runeglaive then Spirit visage now in my ranked games and honestly quite strong! The best advantage is that your clear speed improves drastically! I'll update my runeglaive guide once I've experimented more."

"Usually ranged champions have 50 mr, with mr runes. The damage reduction would be 100/(100+50)= 66%. With 2 magic pen items, the damage reduction becomes 100/(100+20) = 83%. So it's almost a 20% increase. You will definitely feel the difference!"
