imo your jungling cant be strong with that setup, because your ganks wont do anything without exhaust/ghost/wither. If you want to be a strong jungler, you need your W earlyer (lvl it). The route is a nice idea, but cant you make it without heal? Heal just wastes a summonerspell and you should"

"yeh sometimes i do and i kinda inserted that in the "Farming" topic but if you are just farming, you will be better off grabbing the shroud :P
its just depending on your preferrance, so go for the sheen if you want (ill add that later^^)

"id have to quote oddone and say that utility is tops if you can get a decent jungling time without it
1-8-21>0-9-21 imo because the improved smite does come in handy (more gold=MORE POwER) and lower cd really helps your jungling/(mainly counterjungling).
