Views: 2685 Champion Idea: Gavryel, the Swordman of Light

(No pics because I'm drafting all this out on a computer without the aid of Photoshop due to some time I found myself in possession of, sorry! Also I don't speak German so alternate ability name suggestions are HIGHLY welcome.)
Gavryel, a heir of one of the greatest warrior clans in the city-state of Noxus, was raised with prestigious tutelage in the way of the blade. Though his formidable skills have given him a not-insubstantial advantage in seeking a seat among the peers of the realm, Gavryel has instead relinquished his political ambitions to seek a life of mercenary work, claiming interest in honing his blade with the freedom of battle not dictated by whimsical political strife.
Yet with the passage of time and the bloodshed of countless missions, Gavryel only became discontent with the cutthroat diplomacy of Noxus. The nature of his occupation only made Gavryel more aware of the general disregard for human life many nobles practiced with seeming glee as they sent his mercenaries off to slay and capture unsuspecting people. While he begrudgingly accepted the realities of the task, all of this changed one day when he was called to assist a Noxian raid against an Ionian military camp. Only the "military camp" turned out to be no more than a gathering of refugees, of wounded civilians, women, and children who could do nothing as the artillery of Noxian High Command and the chemical onslaught of Singed rained down upon their helpless pavilions.
When the hellfire had died down, Gavryel knelt down besides a dying Ionian monk, carrying the dyling man's now-deceased pregnant wife in his arms as he cried out in a wyvernous wail of sorrow and regret. Yet the sadness was but a prelude to the inferno that burned within his chest, a fiery rage directed at the aristocratic incompetents who ordered the death of thousands with dismissive contempt.
Less than a week later, Gavryel drew his heirloom blade at the Institute of War and swore to serve on the Fields of Justice, his voice heavy as if weighed by the sheer strength of his divine conviction.
Statistics
Battle Fury (P): (Passive) Dealing or receiving damage causes Gavryel to gain up to two stacks of Battle Fury for 3 seconds. Each stack of Battle Fury grants 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 % damage reduction at levels 1 / 6 / 11 / 16 respectively.
When dealing damage to or receiving damage from enemy Champions, Battle Fury can stack up to six times instead. Stacks fall off one at a time when not in combat.
Stahlklinge (Q): (Active) Gavryel's next attack will critically strike. If the target dies, Stahlklinge's cooldown is reset. Activating Stahlklinge resets Gavryel's autoattack timer.
Cooldown: 18 / 14 / 10 / 6 / 2 seconds
Gefühl (W): (Active) Gavryel charges in the target direction, gaining maximum stacks of Battle Fury at the start of the dash. Kills and assists reduce the cooldown of Gefühl by 15 seconds.
If Gavryel comes in contact with enemies during Gefühl, he heals for an amount equal to their total attack damage. If Gavryel strikes multiple champions, he will only heal an amount equal to the highest attack damage among champions struck.
Range: 675
Cooldown: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 seconds
Heal fraction: 100% of targets' total AD
Lichtendegen (E): (Active) Gavryel swings his sword in an arc around him, dealing physical damage. If Gavryel currently has more than 2 stacks of Battle Fury, Gavryel consumes all stacks of battle fury to deal additional physical damage and slow all enemies struck for 2.5 seconds, and reducing the cooldown of Lichtendegen by 0.5 seconds for each stack of Battle Fury consumed. The slow fades over time.
Range: 150
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Physical Damage: 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 / 145 (+80% Bonus AD)
Additional Damage Per Stack: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+10% Bonus AD)
Slow Per Stack: 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 %
Light, Come Forth! (R): (Active) Gavryel draws out the full potential of his Heirloom sword, Gorun Nova, increasing his autoattack range and the range of Lichtendegen by 75, and doubling the maximum number of stacks of Battle Fury that he may have for 15 seconds.
Critical strikes with Gorun Nova will stun the enemy for 0.25 seconds in this form.
Cooldown: 110 / 80 / 50 seconds
Any thoughts? Is this champion viable in the current meta? Is he overpowered? How would you build him? Would you say Gavryel can have more than one viable build?

I get the feeling that giving his skills German names wouldn't fly simply because it would be to confusing for most people (me included!), but I do like the concept! Idk how I feel about the damage reduction, but I love how you make his passive interact so nicely with his skills. I just feel like you might need to lower the overall damage reduction; especially the 60% from his ult!!
His Q feels like it would be way overpowered in the laning phase despite the 18 second cooldwon at lvl 1. An auto-reset with a guaranteed crit seems like a little much, but i'm no expert lol
Tryndamere has nearly guaranteed crits (For free! No cooldowns!), lmao. I dont think it's that bad.

nice job though! I love the ability names.
which is the time beetween a stun and another on the same target with ulti? cuz is kinda op without it lel
that was exactly my point :D
Actually it's a 0.5 second stun (Udyr's stun is twice as long), so you should still have 1.5 seconds before he stuns you again with max rank Q. Of course it will become a problem if he gets to full ADC build (since then he won't have to Q to crit), but I think it's balanced by the fact that his only other form of CC removes his damage reduction, and that if he gapcloses with W, he can't use E safely afterward until he gets a reset.
you still should be able to kite anyone to death easily with triforce+stuns+increased range from ult. not to meantion that every attack crits and procs the spellblade thingy.
so my build would be like triforce, ie, maybe some arpen(else hp), boots, hp item, hp or resistance item
