"I have a question. Why do so many guides like yours have 3 points into devastating blows? The ability is 2 4 6% armor pen. But if you have no armor pen then 2 4 6% is of 0 is 0. Now a champ like vi whose passive on her w benefits from this. I get it then. Also champsbdont gain armor pen every level."
