It may not be 100% correct, but close enough. I'm personally too lazy to make something like that for Eve.
Hextech Gunblade seems like a good item on AP eve. Helps a lot with sustained damage and it has overall great stats."

"You shouldn't stay away from exp as a supporter. AD carries don't rely on levels, they rely on FARM. It's AP carries that are level dependent.
You also miss out on the extra 10% experience dispersed when there are 2 or more champions nearby.
1: 100% exp
2: 55% exp EACH"
