Posted a Comment: " Doesn't matter. I know for a fact that AP quints deal more damage before midgame. In midgame AP is about equal to MrP, but AP heals more. The heal has an AP ratio and doesn't rely on damage"

Posted a Comment: "But you should never use MrP quints on Vlad.. AP quints give more early damage and heals you more early on. AP is way more useful for your early mid game. MrP is a little better in lategame though, but not much."
