Get rid of the AA staff and throw in a Spirit Visage though, you're not supposed to spam that much. It's better to just boost your burst heal and as a bonus you can use your mana spell more "

Soraka is a slow jungler and a useless ganker=bad jungler. Nidalee has 2skills that scale with AD and 4 that scale with AP. She's also got lots of short CDs so she can easily proc Lich"
