"I think he's very balanced. The biggest problem is that he's awesome at taking advantage of bad players which is the cause of most of the QQ. A small nerf might not be bad, but he does NOT need any big/medium nerfs."

"You're obviously in low elo and have no idea of how to counter any of those champions. You don't even need to counter most of them to win against them.
Nocturne is the only really strong champion you mention, the others are pretty balanced. Except for Caitlyn, she sucks."
