Go with 9/0/21 masteries for more damage with BB and some nice utility.
Runes should be:
ArP marks
MP5 or dodge seals
MP5/lvl or maybe MR glyphs
AD quints. Because BB deals magic damage and ArP doesn't affect it. AD do"
