"Sooooo, The Breaker: New Waves ended. The authors basically went "We're tired of this manga, we're outta here."
The entirety of season two of it wasn't very good though, so I'm not gonna mourn its passing.

"Maybe you're buffering more footage per encoding "round" (so to speak). Or just something else that gets queued up and then drops the framerate when the task is executed.
Does XSplit have all the same options?"
