You might just be on a losing spree.
I had one of those at the end of season 1 when I was 1500 elo and just wanted to play a little.
Got down to 1400 elo and has to play ~20matches to get back up. It was annoying :("

Buy all the CHEAP champions (below 450IP and 1350IP). That way you'll get a TON of GREAT champions and waste less if you don't like them.
