"ROA gives a shit ton of stats for the price. That and the bonus sustain makes it a wonderful item for most casters."

"A 0.9 or 0.8 ratio seems about right for her.
Mana costs are high, but all heals should have high mana costs to prevent super sustain.
Maybe a buff to 60/75/90/105/120 would be in place, but DEFINITELY not a smaller cost than that."
