Maybe, but it isn't.
Both stats are multiplicative to AD, so your AD doesn't matter (as you can see in your graphs, they're all straight lines that are parallel to eachother).
The only thing that matters for CrD is the amount of CrC"

Don't recommend Stark's Fervor. It's a very meh item that only works if you buy the life steal and HP5 component for your laning sustain.
