It serves no purpose at all imo.
The only good thing about it is that you can quickly access that skill in the wiki for EDITING it, but a search function (or just ctrl+F) in the database and you'll access it almost as fast.

He's not terrible, just a little on the weak side.
The nerf to his ult is something I think should be partially reverted. Maybe have it at a 70sec CD at lvl1, 65sec at lvl2 and 60sec at lvl3."
