You shouldn't get FoN with that much AP. Only get FoN if you're at below 200AP since otherwise you'll get more health with Spell Vamp.
For solving early HP problems I'd suggest pots. Boots+pots is a really strong start."

With these runes you almost have to buy Last Whisper.
If you're going for The Black Cleaver and/or Youmuu's Ghostblade I would recommend ArP runes instead."
