Not really. Most other CDR items give more stats for the money. Boots are exactly cost effective, but the movement speed invaluable.
Also, Spirit Visage is a GREAT item. "

"I really like using 0/9/21 masteries, skipping the MS quints and running armor seals(since 9points are required for Strength of Spirit, which is CORE).
Dodge is ONLY viable if you get Nimbleness."

The processor is bad because it costs more than a processor of the sandy bridge series (the next after the one i7 960 is in) while being slower in most instances. It's a powerful processor, but a bad purchase compared to other ones."
